Munnariyippu

Munnariyippu is a 2014 Indian Malayalam language film directed by Venu Isc. This is a thriller drama film which follows the story of a homicide prisoner and a freelance journalist. The latter is writing a biography of sorts on the former. C.K Raghavan is a prisoner and has been there for the last 20 years. Currently his punishment period is over yet he’s staying in the prison. Journalist Anjali is a young girl and smells a good story here. She decides to write about him and meets him in the jail. Raghavan is a philosophical man and has different ideologies about life. He also claims to not have murdered people. The two form a bond. The real drama begins when Raghavan gets released and the articles written on him get recognition. Anjali and Raghavan find success. Anjali continues to work with him, discounting a big fact, that Raghavan is indeed a sinister man.
