Nandanam

Nandanam is a 2002 Indian Malayalam language film directed by Ranjith. This is a drama film which follows the story of Balamani, a young girl, working as a maid in the household of Unniyamma. Balamani is a devotee of Lord Krishna. Unniyamma’s grandson, Manu, comes back from Bangalore. Manu in the very first impression likes Balamani. Soon their love blossoms. However, Manu’s family doesn’t accept this love and reject their bond. This makes Balamani sad and she prays to Lord Krishna to make her forget the love of Manu. However, Unniyamma decides to bless the couple and soon Balamani and Manu marry. The film ends in a happy conclusion.
