Paka (Malayalam)

Set in patriarchal rural India, a young couple decides to put an end to the cycle of vengeance and bloodshed that causes the banks of a river to be covered in blood, whilst the river watches it all unfold. Written and directed by Nithin Lukose, the Malayalam drama film is produced by Raj Rachakonda and Anurag Kashyap. Starring Basil Paulose and Vinitha Koshy in the lead, the rest of the cast includes Nithin George, Abhilash Nair, Athul John, Jose Kizhakkkan, and Joseph Manikkal, among others. Srikanth Kabothu and Arunima Shankar, serve as the cinematographer and editor, respectively.
