Picket 43

Picket 43 is a 2015 Indian Malayalam language film directed by Major Ravi, a retired Indian Army Major. This is a thriller drama film which follows the story of an Indian soldier guarding a picket at the border who befriends a Pakistani soldier across the border. H.Nair is posted alone at Picket 43 and is accompanied by a sharp dog, Baccardi. There he’s found gloomy as he wanted some days off to marry a girl of his choice. Across the border, a Pakistani soldier, Musharaff is somewhat in the same conditions. A film which shows the duties and sacrifice a soldier makes for their country. The film also showed the beauty and conflicts of duty and friendship.
