Puli

Puli is a 2017 Indian Tamil - language film that is directed and written by Chimbu Deven. This is a fantasy action - adventure film that stars Vijay, Sridevi, Hansika Motwani, Shruti Haasan, Sudeep, Prabhu and Nandita Swetha. The film follows the life of Marudheeran who is a meek child brought up in a village under an oppressive rule of a group, Vedhalams that possess mystical powers. This group kidnaps Marudheeran' s love, Pavazhamalli and this results in him going on a quest to save and bring back the love of his life. On his way, he has to face Yavanarani, a sorceress.
