Produced, written and directed by M. Muthaiah, Pulikkuthi Pandi is a Kannada action drama film that follows the titular protagonist as he fights injustice while attempting to woo a beautiful woman. However, problems arise as he goes up against a powerful individual. The film features performances from Lakshmi Menon, Vikram Prabhu, Singampuli, Samuthrakani, R.K. Suresh, Vela Ramamoorthy and Sujatha Sivakumar.
