Soul Survivors

Soul Survivors is an American psychological thriller film written and directed by Stephen Carpenter. The film follows Cassie, a college student whose boyfriend Sean dies in a car accident due to her reckless driving while returning from a party. The accident leaves Cassie guilt ridden, leaving her emotionally vulnerable to the point that she begins hallucinating visions and waking dreams, despite Cassie's friends, as well as a local priest, Father Jude's best efforts at helping her cope with the loss. The film features performances from Melissa Sagemiller, Casey Affleck, Eliza Dushku, Wes Bentley, and Luke Wilson.
