Sraboner Dhara

Directed by Sudeshna Roy & Abhijit Guha, Sraboner Dhara is 2019 Bengali language film starring Soumitra Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee & Gargi Roychowdhury. Nilabho Roy is a skilled doctor and is dealing with his own set of dilemmas with regards to his family where his father wants him to lead a simple, modest life but he Nilabho wants to try the other way. Nilabho’s life changes when an old man with Alzheimer visits him. The plot of the film thickens when Nilabho finds something uncanny about the wife of the old man who is much much younger than him. Focus on the issues faced by the younger generation, Alzheimer’s disease and the emotional problems that older generations deal with are some of the key issues discussed in the movie
