Sri Rama Rajyam

Sri Rama Rajyam is based on the Epic Ramayana, where Nandamuri Balakrishna plays the role of Rama. This Telugu drama movie portraying Hindu mythology is directed by Bapu with Nayanthara playing the role of Sita. The plot explores the story of that time when Rama returns to Ayodhya after his 14 years of exile. It depicts the separation of Rama from Sita and her life in the forest with her two sons Lava and Kusha. The movie has been dubbed in Malayalam and Hindi as Sri Rama Rajyam and Ayodhya Pati Shri Ram, respectively. Sri Rama Rajyam also marks the remake of a Telugu film Lava Kusa. This film with extraordinary delightful direction, Asian culture, and values so pure that makes it a feel-good film. Sri Raja Rajyam was also marked as the highest budget film in Balakrishnan’s career by far. The director explains that the title of this movie was inspired by the 1943 Hindi film Ram Rajya.
