Sweater

Sweater is a 2019 Bengali language film directed by Shieladitya Moulik. The film stars Ishaa Saha, Sreelekha Mitra, Saurav Das & Farhan Imroze.

The film follows the life of Tuku whose mediocre looks and skills are creating a hindrance in her parent's pursuit of getting her married. A prospective groom comes to see her but his mother's only condition for Tuku is that she has to knit a sweater for the groom. So, Tuku takes a month and sets herself up got the task.

The story plots the transformation that Tuku goes through when she meets Shamyo, a violinist suffering from cancer. Shamyo’s optimistic take on life changes Tuku's personality and she gains self-confident.
