Thanmathra

Thanmathra is a 2005 Indian Malayalam - language film that is directed and written by Blessy. This is a drama film that stars Mohanlal, Meera Vasudevan, Arjun Lal, Nedumudi Venu, Innocent and Jagathy Sreekumar. The story is inspired from a short story, Orma by Padmarajan. The film follows the life of a man named Ramesan Nair who leads a happy life along with his loving wife and two children. He suddenly starts getting forgetful and lost. Upon getting tested, he is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease leaving his family devastated. Further, the film unravels the various effects of Alzheimer's on him and his family.
