The Ambush

The 2021 Emirati action-war movie Al Kameen (The Ambush) was written and directed by Brandon and Kurtis Birtell. The movie is based on the true story of an insurgent attack on Emirati forces in 2018. United Arab Emirates Armed Special Forces personnel stationed in Mocha was sent on a mission in 2018 during the Yemen War. Ali Al-mismari, Bilal Al Saadi, and Al Hindasi, three Emirati troops, are imprisoned in a valley by rebel fighters while on a regular patrol. As a result, the second unit of Emirati soldiers launches a mission to save their countrymen.
