The Bricklayer

Based on the 2010 novel of the same name written by Paul Lindsay under his pen name Noah Boyd, The Bricklayer is an American action thriller film directed by Renny Harlin. The plot follows a deadly operative who is coaxed out of retirement to clear the CIA's name after a rogue insurgent assassinates foreign journalists and makes it look like the CIA is responsible — with him also having to confront his checkered past while uncovering an international conspiracy. The film features performances from Aaron Eckhart, Nina Dobrev, Tim Blake Nelson, Clifton Collins Jr., and Ilfenesh Hadera among others.
