The Land of Steady Habits

The Land of Steady Habits is an American comedy-drama film written, directed, and co-produced by Nicole Holofcener and is based on Ted Thompson’s novel of the same name. The film that premiered at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival, follows the life of Anders Hill and his journey down a life of reckless and embarrassing behaviour, following his divorce and him quitting his job in finance, a move that he hoped would reignite his lust for life. The film stars Ben Mendelsohn in the lead role, accompanied by performances from Edie Falco, Thomas Mann, Elizabeth Marvel, Michael Gaston, Charlie Tahan, Bill Camp, Josh Pais, Connie Britton, Natalie Gold, Victor Slezak, Victor Williams, and Macc H Plaise.
