The Rental

The Rental is a psychological thriller about two couples who rent a remote beach house for a weekend getaway.Suspicions arise when they discover they may be being watched, leading to a chilling unraveling of secrets and a terrifying confrontation. The film stars Dan Stevens, Alison Brie, Sheila Vand, Jeremy Allen White, and Toby Huss. The film is directed by Dave Franco, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Joe Swanberg.
