The Untouchables

The Untouchables is a 1987 American English - language film directed by Brian De Palma. It is a crime film that stars Kevin Costner, Charles Martin Smith, Andy García, Robert De Niro, and Sean Connery. Legendary crime boss Al Capone gets his hold on Chicago and rules after building an empire with bootleg alcohol. Prohibition agent Eliot Ness tries his best to take down the kingpin, but he fails due to widespread corruption within the Windy City's police force. But Ness is not going to give up easily and in order to take down Capone, he recruits an elite group of lawmen who won't be a victim of corruption, including Irish-American cop Jimmy Malone.
