Vinashak: Destroyer

A jailer uses some jailed convicts as hit-men for a fee. To apprehend him with enough proof, a plan is hatched, where Inspector Arjun (Sunil Shetty) will shoot a blank bullet at ACP Amar (Mohan Joshi), get arrested and be held at the same jail. But the plan is foiled. While in jail, Arjun finds out that Amar has actually been killed and he has become a convict for real.
