The cast of the film includes Jinal Belani, Prem Gadhavi, Sameer Khakhar, Ravish Desai, Mitul Lankapati, Gaurav Paswala, Twisha Shukla Shah, Jayesh More, and Dinyar Terindaaz. Wass… up! Zindagi begins with the lives of four boys and how they have changed. The four free spirits used to have fun altogether but now a few years later things have changed. The film is a message to society to make them realize how important family is.
