Raj Chakraborty’s directed, Yoddha is a Bengali drama fantasy film released in the year 2014. This movie is a remake of a Telugu movie Magadheera which was released in the year 2009. The film stars Mimi Chakraborty, Dev, Nigel Akkara and Rajatava Dutta. The storyline of this film delineates the life of Rudra and her beloved Princess Durga. A fighter of ancient times Rudra, bites the dust while battling for his one genuine affection, Princess Durga. He is reawakened in current life as Abir and resumes his quest for his darling when he has dreams of his past. The film has fictional history elements while depicting past and action while depicting the present times.
