12th Man: Sshivada is seen plotting a conspiracy in this Mohanlal's film, is she the killer everyone is looking for?

One of the most awaited films of the year is definitely 12th Man as it brings back the popular filmmaker-actor duo, Jeethu Joseph and Mohanlal. Fans are eagerly waiting for the release of the film and their expectations are high after the two have delivered hits like Drushyam and its sequel. As this is another thriller by the two, the audience cannot keep their calm. The makers have regularly been sharing posters and teasers, introducing the characters in the movie, played by Unni Mukundan, Anu Mohan, Sshivada, Priyanka Nair, G Chandunath, Saiju Kurup, Anu Sithara, Anusree and Rahul Madhav, to add to the excitement of the fans. 

The film is about a group of friends who get together for a party but their fun ends when a man is found murdered on the property where they are staying, making all of them a suspect. And now again, the makers have released a teaser, hinting at the possibility of Sshivada being the killer. The teaser shows the actor walking into the room, wearing gloves and mixing something in a cup of tea. She looks around hoping no one has caught her in action and shushes the viewers, looking at the camera.

She plays the role of Dr Nayana in the movie and is the suspect no. 8. The actor also posted an image of her character on social media, appearing to be the suspect. She wrote in the caption: "One of them did it, but none of them are innocent! Watch 12th Man streaming exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar from 20th May. #KillingSoon on @DisneyPlusHotstar."

The film will be another direct-to-OTT release. KR Krishnakumar wrote the screenplay for the film, while Satheesh Kurup is the cinematographer. The soundtrack is composed by Anil Johnson, and Vinayak edited the thriller flick. The film is releasing on Disney+ Hotstar on May 20.
