The movie begins with a seasoned police officer Mike Chandler and his regular partner Steve MacAvoy driving around as part of their usual patrol duties. Suddenly, they find themselves caught in the middle of a tense confrontation with a group of former soldiers who have turned to crime. These men are robbing a bank, and the police officers must fight back to protect the bank and save the people inside the bank by any means.
