36 Days: Amruta Khanvilkar's Lalita is the fourth 'suspect' in Farah's murder case | Watch new promo

It's been over a week since 36 Days premiered on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium. The series, which is an Indian remake of the British series 35 Days, has been directed by Vishal Furia. The main plotline of the web show is about Neha Sharma's character Farah's murder in Goa. There are several suspects in her murder case and Amruta Khanvilkar's Lalita is one of them. A new promo of 36 Days showcases some possibilities that may prove that Lalita is Farah's killer.

Did Lalita kill Farah in 36 Days?

The promo of 36 Days begins with the burning hot question regarding Neha Sharma aka Farah's killer. Soon, Amruta Khanvilkar's Lalita is introduced as the fourth suspect in Farah's murder case. Lalita says that everybody has lost their mind in the colony ever since Farah became a resident. She further claims Farah only seeks male attention. However, Lalita clarifies that her partner Vinod had nothing to do with her.

Lalita also recalls Farah insulting her at a party held in their colony. Despite their small differences, Lalita says she hasn't killed Farah. But then, who has killed her? The answer to this mystery lies in 36 Days.

Sharing the promo on Instagram, the streaming platform captioned the post, "Lalita might not know Farah well, but she knows enough. But did those reasons drive her to kill Farah? Find out on ‘36 Days’, streaming now, only on Sony LIV (sic)."

Amruta Khanvilkar on her steamy scenes in 36 Days

A few days back, in an interview with OTTplay, Amruta Khanvilkar opened up about doing steamy scenes with Chandan Roy Sanyal in Vishal Furia's 36 Days. The actress said, "We used to shoot at 2 or 3 am. People must think about how actors shoot such scenes but at 2 or 3 am you can’t really shoot anything, you’re just so tired you feel like going home."

Khanvilkar added that since she shared a good rapport with Chandan, it was easy for them to pull off those scenes. Apart from Amruta, Neha, and Chandan, 36 Days stars Purab Kohli, Sharib Hashmi, Shruti Seth, Shernaz Patel, Faishal Rashid, and more.
