The dynamic duo of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck is back. From their critically acclaimed movie Good Will Hunting to the recent The Last Duel directed by Ridley Scott, their collaborations have always been a hit. And now, they have teamed up once again to tell the incredible story behind the creation of the "greatest basketball shoes ever." In this movie, directed by Ben Affleck and starring Matt Damon, they are set to take us on a journey into the world of basketball and fashion. Jason Bateman, Chris Messina, Viola Davis, Julius Tennon and others.

Air will debut on Amazon Prime Video on May 12.

Evil Dead Rise:

If you are a fan of nightmare-inducing horror thrillers, then you are in for a treat. Filmmaker Lee Cronin is the best thing that happened to the horror genre in a long time, besides Ari Aster. He wrote and directed the retelling of the horror classic Evil Dead. And judging from the trailer, it follows all the tents of the franchise by the book. The mother gets possessed by the evil and she begins to kill her own children. Well, the children won't go down without a fight. The movie stars Mirabai Pease, Richard Crouchley and Anna-Maree Thomas.

Evil Dead Rise will be available for rent on Prime Video from May 12.

Vikram Vedha:

After months of waiting, fans can finally rejoice as one of the most highly-anticipated Bollywood movies of 2022 is set to make its digital premiere this week. Vikram Vedha, starring Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan , was released in cinemas last year and was a major hit with the critics. However, it's surprising that the movie wasn't made available for streaming until now. The film is a Hindi remake of the Tamil blockbuster of the same name and has been written and directed by Pushkar-Gayathri.

Vikram Vedha will have its digital premiere on JioCinema on May 12.

Triangle of Sadness:

Written and directed by Ruben Östlund, Triangle of Sadness is a biting satire that skewers the lifestyles of the rich and famous. The film takes place entirely aboard a luxury yacht, carrying some of the wealthiest people in the world. Chaos ensues when the ship encounters rough waters, revealing the absurdity and fragility of the opulent world they inhabit. The ensemble cast features some talented actors, including Thobias Thorwid, Harris Dickinson, and Charlbi Dean.

Triangle of Sadness will become available for streaming on SonyLIV on May 12. You can also watch Triangle of Sadness on OTTplay Premium.

Rudhran:

While artistically-minded movies like Triangle of Sadness are always appreciated, it's important to remember the unapologetic masala entertainers that have been the backbone of the Tamil film industry. The upcoming movie, directed by S. Kathiresan, is a throwback to the old-school Tamil over-the-top revenge dramas that we all grew up watching. The movie stars Raghava Lawrence and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles and promises to be a treat for fans of commercial cinema..

Rudhran is due to premiere on Sun NXT on May 14. You can also watch Rudhran on OTTplay Premium.
