From Sanya Malhotra's Mrs, Netflix's The Greatest Rivalry: India vs Pakistan to Ram Charan and Kiara Advani's Game Changer making its OTT debut, here's everything you need to know about the Friday releases!

Movies to release on OTT on February 7:

Game Changer

Game Changer stars Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in lead roles. Directed by Shankar, the highly-anticipated film hit theatres in January 2025. The story revolves around an honest IAS officer who fights against a corrupt political system through fair elections. After enjoying a mixed run at the box office, it is now all set for a digital debut. Ram Charan will be seen in a double role in the film. The film also features Anjali, and SJ Suryah in pivotal roles. It will be released on Prime Video.

Mrs

Directed by Aarti Kadav, Mrs. stars Sanya Malhotra, Kanwaljit Singh, and Nishant Dahiya. The film explores the life of a married woman named Richa and how she navigates the challenges of marriage, as she tries to follow her own path and find her voice amid societal pressure. The film is an official remake of the Malayalam drama film The Great Indian Kitchen. It will be released on ZEE5. You will also be able to watch it through your OTTPlay Premium subscription. 

The Mehta Boys

Boman Irani will make his directorial debut with The Mehta Boys. He will also star in the film alongside Avinash Tiwary and Shreya Chaudhry. The heartwarming drama will showcase the life of a young architect who is forced to live for 48 hours with the one person he cannot stand, his father after his mother passes away. It will stream on Amazon Prime Video. 

The Greatest Rivalry: India vs Pakistan

The boys will definitely have a great time this weekend as Netflix is coming up with an exciting documentary, The Greatest Rivalry: India vs Pakistan. Legendary cricketers like Virender Sehwag, Shoaib Akhtar, Sunil Gavaskar, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Sourav Ganguly, and others will be seen discussing the biggest rivalry in the world of cricket. 

Bada Naam Karenge

Sooraj Barjatya's Bada Naam Karenge stars Ritik Ghanshani and Ayesha Kaduskar. The upcoming web series is a heartwarming coming-of-age tale of a GenZ couple. They will be seen embracing the family traditions while pursuing their aspirations. While keeping up with Rajshri's style of storytelling, this series will give a new and modern perspective on its old-fashioned narratives. It will be released on Sony Liv and you will be able to watch it through your OTTPlay Premium subscription too. 

Madraskaaran

Malayalam actor Shane Nigam marked his Tamil debut with Madraskaaran recently. The emotional drama is now all set to release on Aha Tamil and OTTPlay Premium. Helmed by Vaali Mohan Das, it also stars Kalaiyarasan, Aishwarya Dutta, Karunas, Geetha Kailasam, Niharika Konidela, and others. The film revolves around a man who returns to his hometown in Pudukottai to get married to the love of his life. However, his life takes a turn after an event takes place on his wedding day.

Vivekanandan Viral

Vivekanandan Viralanu is a 2024 Indian Malayalam film, directed by Kamal. It stars Shine Tom Chacko, Swasika Vijay, Grace Antony, and Johny Antony in lead roles. Now the film's Telugu version will be made available for streaming on Aha and OTTPlay Premium. It revolves around a man who leads two lives. The women in his life continue to suffer in silence. As they are unable to bear his atrocities, they take a drastic step to teach him a lesson.
