The world is buzzing with reactions to the announcement of the 70th National Film Awards. The awards were given considering Feature and Non-Feature films certified by the Central Board Of Film Certification between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022. The event was held at the National Media Center in New Delhi on Friday. Brahmastra has won three awards, while Rishab Shetty and Manasi Parekh have received the Best Actor honors. Aattam has emerged as the glorious winner of the year.

The 70th National Film Awards focus on 2022 releases, as the COVID-19 pandemic delayed the event by two years. The 69th National Awards honored films from 2021. This year’s jury includes the Chairperson of the Feature Film Jury, Rahul Rawail; Nila Madhab Panda, Chairperson of the Non-Feature Film Jury; and Gangadhar Mudalair, Chairperson of the Best Writing on Cinema Jury.
