Bha Bha Ba (December 18 - Theatres)

Bha Bha Ba is an upcoming Malayalam action-comedy thriller starring Dileep, Vineeth Sreenivasan, and Dhyan Sreenivasan, with a special cameo by Mohanlal, set for a December 18, 2025, theatrical release. Directed by Dhananjay Shankar, the story follows characters engaged in high-speed action, exploring the intense dynamic between hero and villain, hinting at a world of hunting and "madness."

Dhurandhar was released in cinemas on December 5, and the film, directed by Aditya Dhar, is everywhere on social media. The film crossed Rs. 350 crore already at the domestic box office within 10 days, as per Sacnilk. Starring Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun, the espionage thriller is about a RAW agent, Hamza (Ranveer Singh), who goes deep undercover in Karachi's dangerous Lyari underworld to dismantle a terror-funding nexus.

Mrs Deshpande - December 19 (JioHotstar - OTTplay Premium)

Mrs Deshpande is an upcoming Indian psychological thriller series starring Madhuri Dixit. It is an official remake of the French series La Mante, about a jailed serial killer who helps police catch a copycat killer, but only if she can work with her estranged detective son. It is directed by Nagesh Kukunoor. 

Thamma (December 16 - Prime Video)

Thamma was released in cinemas in October 2025. The Maddock Horror Comedy Universe film is currently available for rent on Prime Video (subscribers of OTTplay Premium will also be able to watch the movie with a top-up) and will be accessible for all subscribers from December 16. The film is a supernatural action-romance about journalist Alok (Ayushmann Khurrana), rescued by a powerful vampire/Betal, Tadaka (Rashmika Mandanna), in a jungle, leading to a forbidden love story against an ancient vampire army, led by Nawazuddin Siddiqui's villain, Yakshasan.

Pharma - December 19 (JioHotstar - OTTplay Premium)

Pharma, a Malayalam series, follows K.P. Vinod (Nivin Pauly), a middle-class medical representative, as he navigates the ruthless pharmaceutical industry he uncovers its dark side, corporate greed and moral dilemmas, while facing intense sales targets and moral conflicts. 

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat (December 16 - Netflix)

Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa's Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat was released in cinemas in October 2025. The film is now all set to make its OTT debut on December 16 on Netflix. The story revolves around Vikramaditya (Harshvardhan Rane) and Adah (Sonam Bajwa), where Vikram, the son of a powerful politician, is in one-sided love with Bollywood star Adah. He goes to all lengths to get her, but Adah is annoyed by his arrogance and madness and in return offers to spend the night with the man who killed Vikram, causing the story to turn into a dangerous battle of love, hate and revenge.

Are You Sure?! Season 2 episodes 5 and 6 - December 17 (JioHotstar - OTTplay Premium)

BTS Jimin and Jungkook's travel docu-series Are You Sure?! Season 2 has released four episodes already on JioHotstar (OTTplay Premium). Two new episodes will drop on December 17 at 1:30 pm IST. The travel docu-series follows the duo on a 12-day budget travel adventure to Switzerland and Vietnam right after their military discharge.
