A popular Malayalam star to play a key role in the Balakrishna-Bobby starrer, here's what we know

Nandamuri Balakrishna is in top form with back-to-back hits in his career. After the success of Veera Simha Reddy, he is now shooting for an action drama titled Bhagavanth Kesari in the direction of Anil Ravipudi. The film is almost nearing its completion and will be out on October 19, 2023. 

Apart from Bhagavanth Kesari, Balakrishna is also doing a film in the direction of Bobby, who gave the super hit film Waltair Veerayaa with Chiranjeevi. The film was launched a few weeks back on a grand note. Sithara Entertainments is producing this film on a massive scale. Samyuktha Menon has been roped in to play the female lead in the film and this is a very big opportunity for her. 

A few weeks back, we at OTTplay had already revealed that some big names are being approached to play key roles in this film. Well, we have come to know that this film has space for yet another hero and a popular Malayalam actor has been zeroed in for the same. One of the sources close to the unit has confirmed this news to us. 

The name of this Malayalam hero has been kept under wraps as the makers are in plans to make an official announcement only when the film goes on floors. The makers have also decided to release the film on March 24, 2024, as a summer special. Thaman will score music for this film which will be made on a massive budget.

Bobby is known to showcase star heroes in a solid manner and the way he narrated Waltair Veerayya's story in an entertaining style proved his calibre. The Nandmuri fans are super excited for this film as Balakrishna will be seen in a fun role after a long time. For now, the name of this Malayai hero has been kept in suspense and we cannot wait to know who he is.
