Aa Okkati Adakku out on OTT: Where to watch Allari Naresh's comedy drama

Allari Naresh is one of the most popular actors in Telugu cinema but has been going through a series of back-to-back flops. After doing a string of serious films, he returned to comedy with Aa Okkati Adakku. The film featured Faria Abdullah as the female lead and was aggressively promoted by the makers. However, it did not live up to expectations and ended as a flop at the box office.

Now, ETV Win has acquired the digital rights to the film and has started streaming Aa Okkati Adakku online. As the theatrical response was underwhelming, there’s still a section of the audience that might be curious to check it out on OTT. This is why the makers are once again promoting the film aggressively.

Faria Abdullah and Allari Naresh share crackling chemistry in the film, and their pairing was widely talked about during the film's release. One of the major drawbacks, however, was that the makers failed to deliver what they had promised in the promotions. 

The film also holds significance as it marked the Telugu debut of Jamie Lever, daughter of Johny Lever. Vennela Kishore and Harsha Chemudu played key roles as well.

Aa Okkati Adakku revolves around how matrimony websites exploit innocent people under the pretext of marriage and con them out of large sums of money. While the film had this unique premise, the promos conveyed a different tone. 

Audiences expecting a light-hearted entertainer were met with a social drama filled with dark scenes, one of the reasons it failed at the box office.

Now that the film is streaming on ETV Win, it remains to be seen what kind of response it will receive online. Allari Naresh was last seen in another action drama titled Bachchala Malli. 

Though his performance received a lot of praise, the film also failed theatrically. However, it is performing well on OTT and can currently be streamed on OTTplay Premium. More updates on Allari Naresh and his upcoming films will be revealed soon.
