Aadi Saikumar: Shambhala will find its true audience on OTT, will clock solid views

Shambhala is Aadi Saikumar’s latest hit and is all set to stream on Aha and OTTplay Premium from January 22, 2026. There is solid buzz around the film, especially as a section of the audience missed watching this mystic thriller in theatres. They are eager to see why Aadi's film became a sleeper hit at the box office. 

Directed by Yugandhar Muni, Shambhala has brought Aadi Saikumar back into the spotlight after a long gap. Speaking about the film’s OTT release, Aadi said that he is curious to see how audiences outside the Telugu states will respond to the film.

Archana Iyer plays the female lead in the film. The digital rights were bagged by Aha for a whopping Rs 10 crore, the highest-ever OTT deal for an Aadi Saikumar film to date. Thanks to this deal, Shambhala had already entered the profit zone even before its theatrical release.

The film revolves around a small village that gets possessed by an evil spirit that falls from the sky. The entity targets villagers one after the other in a disturbing manner, entering their bodies and erupting through the neck. “Shambhala is the most satisfying film of my career and gave me immense fulfillment as an actor.
