Mani Ratnam, the veteran filmmaker who is highly impressed with Aadujeevitham, penned a special message for director Blessy, Prithviraj Sukumaran and their team.

Aadujeevitham, the survival drama which features Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role, is off to a fantastic start at the box office. The movie, which was a 16-year-long dream of senior filmmaker Blessy, has been receiving immense love from both the common audiences and film industry members. Recently, Blessy took to his official social media handles and shared a screenshot, which veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam sent him after watching the Aadujeevitham preview show.
Mani Ratnam’s heartfelt message for team Aadujeevitham
The Ponniyin Selvan director, who attended the preview show of Aadujeevitham which was held in Chennai a few days back, shared his review in a special video shared by the team members. However, Mani Ratnam later sent a personal message to director Blessy, appreciating him, leading man Prithviraj Sukumaran, and the rest of the cast and crew for the extraordinary film they have made. The Goat Life director, who is overwhelmed with all the positive responses, recently took to his official pages and shared a screenshot of the Thug Life director’s special message.
“Congratulations sir. I don’t know how you managed to pull this off. So much of effort and it is all seen on the screen. Beautifully shot. Various faces of the desert – harsh, violent, calm, beautiful, vast, and endless. Great job by you and Sunil. So much effort by Prithvi. Very scary to think it actually happened. I loved the way the film finishes without getting too sentimental. All the very best sir,” reads Mani Ratnam’s special message for Blessy.

The Aadujeevitham director reacted to Mani Ratnam’s heartwarming gesture by sharing the screenshot of his message, with a lovely note. “Thank you so much Mani Ratnam Sir for appreciating and highlighting the team’s dedication and effort poured into making #TheGoatLife the movie it is today,” reads the caption of Blessy’s social media post.

Well, Aadujeevitham is now set to emerge as the fourth blockbuster of Malayalam cinema in 2024. The Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer is also expected to receive so many awards and accolades at all the National and International platforms, this year. The movie is expected to have its OTT release on Disney+ Hotstar, after its successful theatrical run.
