Dulquer Salmaan, who is currently on a high with the massive success of Lucky Baskhar, is set to make a comeback to Telugu cinema. The pan Indian star is teaming up with director Pavan Sadineni for his next outing in Telugu, which hs been titled Aakasam Lo Oka Tara. Dulquer Salmaan is expected to reunite with his Kali co-star Sai Pallavi for the highly anticipated project, which is expected to go on floors in February 2025.
If the recent updates are to be believed, the Aakasam Lo Oka Tara team is about to complete the film’s pre-production, and Pavan Sadineni’s film is about to go on floors in February 2025. The makers are reportedly planning to kickstart the film’s shooting on February 5, 2025. Dulquer Salmaan is expected to start shooting for the film on the same day. If things go as planned, the highly anticipated project will hit the theatres by the second half of 2025.
The actor is reportedly planning to shoot for Aakasam Lo Oka Tara till the third week of February 2025, after which he will take a break from the project for his upcoming Malayalam film, directed by Nahas Hidayath. As reported earlier, the popular star is expected to reunite with the popular actress Sai Pallavi for the film, which is touted to be an emotional drama. However, the recent updates suggest that Pavan Sadineni’s film will feature another actress, as the second female lead.
GV Prakash Kumar, the popular Tamil musician has been roped in to compose the songs and the original score, for Aakasam Lo Oka Tara. Sujith Sarang has reportedly joined the team as the director of photography. The movie, penned by Gunnam Gangaraju, is touted to be an emotional drama set in a different period. The much-awaited project is jointly bankrolled by Sandeep Gunnam and Ramya Gunnam under the popular Telugu banners, Swapna Cinema, Geetha Arts, and Light Box Media.
