The makers of Aanandhapuram Diaries released the third song from the film today (February 6). The music video titled Aaru Nee Kanmani is sung by K S Chithra, with lyrics penned by Rafeeq Ahammed. Albert Vijayan has composed the soundtrack for the film.
In the song, a group of law students is shown travelling as part of their NSS programme to a children's home in Kanakapuram. Additionally, it depicts the students showing the kids love and care by spending quality time with them.
The main character of Aanandhapuram Diaries is portrayed by South Indian actress Meena Sagar. After a break of more than a year, her comeback to the big screen with this Malayalam production is a significant moment in her career. Bro Daddy was Meena's recent Malayalam movie.
On social media, Malayalis praised Meena's comeback to Malayalam cinema and expressed appreciation for her willingness to collaborate with young directors and performers.
The teaser for Aanandhapuram Diaries features Meena's character, a woman in her forties, returning to law school after having dropped out twice due to unavoidable circumstances. The movie is scheduled to be released in three languages- Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu.
Jaya Jose Raj has directed this film. The screenplay for the movie has been penned by the director. Sasi Nair has bankrolled the film under the banner of Neil Productions. Tamil actor Srikanth is also appearing in a prominent role in this film.
