Aarya 2 first look teaser: A fierce Sushmita Sen promises deadlier season in latest video

Sushmita Sen knows how to surprise her fans, and the actor never disappoints. She took to her social media pages and dropped the much-awaited first look teaser for the second season of Aarya, much to the excitement of the fans. The 20-second-long teaser has Sushmita coming out of red smoke while being smeared in colour head-to-toe. She is seen giving a fierce look while walking towards the camera.

In the first season of Aarya, we saw that when greed consumes Aarya Sareen's loved ones, her happy family life is jeopardised. She tries hard to get away from what she despises the most, with crime as her legacy. Although she takes matters into her own hands, she has to pay for a lot of things she didn't sign up for.

The first season was based on Penoza by Pieter Bart Korthuis, which is a Dutch drama series. Ram Madhvani, Sandeep Modi, and Vinod Rawat co-created and directed the show. 

Along with Sushmita, season one also featured Chandrachur Singh, Namit Das, Ankur Bhatia, Vikas Kumar, and others in supporting roles.

The first season dropped in 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic, and became an instant hit with the masses. It also marked Sushmita's return to acting after nearly a decade.

The filming of the second season kicked off earlier this year and was wrapped on a quick schedule. Sushmita left no stone unturned in sharing every update with her fans on her social media pages.

Meanwhile, the streaming date of Aarya 2 on Disney+ Hotstar is yet to be announced.
