The Sherni is back in business! After a prolonged wait, Aarya Season 3 dropped its trailer on October 12, and such a promising treat it was! Along with the introduction of two new villains, Sooraj (Indraneil Sengupta) and a mysterious character played by Ila Arun. Other than these, there is always ACP Khan, and some Russian mafia sprinkled into the mix.
However, this time Sushmita Sen has gone all out for the character of matriarch Aarya, who not only takes over her dead father’s opium business but also fights to keep the biggest transportation deal of her life, worth INR 1000 crore. If all this is not enough, she now has enemies to defeat, the sniffing police to thwart, and her traumatized children to protect as well.
The highlight of the season is observing whether Aarya is going to be able to maintain the balance between neutral good and necessary evil, without dying for the first or sucummbing to the latter. Set to release on November 3, the season promises a sword-wielding Sen, as well as a shot one. Is Aarya Sareen going to make it?
Fans have been anxiously waiting to know the same, whether their beloved tigress is going to win the war she began fighting in season 1 or not. Creator Ram Madhvani furthers the mystery in a statement, “Aarya has been an uplifting journey of its own.
