Aashiqana is back to continue the saga of Chikki and Yash. After their brush with a serial killer last season, the couple have to face off against another sinister threat. Will the duo’s love be able to weather the chaos?

What is Aashiqana about?

The first season of Aashiqana followed the story of tough as nails police officer Yash Chauhan, who is grieving the loss of a loved one, and a spunky young woman named Chikki, who also aspires to have a career in law enforcement. The two cross paths when a dreaded serial killer causes havoc in their town.

The second season of Aashiqana will see Yash and Chikki enter a tumultuous marriage. The duo also encounter another dilemma, when they unearth a secret operation that conducts illegal human testing. Keeping aside their personal differences, Yash and Chikki seem to take a decision to put an end to the inhuman experiments. They also encounter a new villain.

Who are the cast and crew behind Aashiqana?

Zayn Ibad Khan and Khushi Dubey, who starred in the first season, reprise their roles as Yash and Chikki respectively. The new season also introduces Karanvir Bohra as the new antagonist. Pankaj Singh, Geeta Tyagi, Maira Mehra and Manohar Teli also essay pivotal roles in the series.

The series is created by Gul Khan, who is also a director and producer on the show. The series s produced under the banner of Gen K Studios.

When and where to watch Aashiqana season 2 on OTT?

Aashiqana season 2 released on October 10. The latest season of the show is available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. Like the first season, the episodes in the second season too will be released in parts, with one episode out each day. While the first season consisted of 66 episodes, the makers are yet to reveal the total number of episodes in the current season.
