During a recent conversation, Tridha not only shared when the shooting will begin for the fourth installment but also recalled how she bagged the role of Babita Lochan.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Tridha shared an exciting update for Aashram 4 as she confirmed she will begin shooting for the series next year. "Yes, we are shooting very soon, in 2026!," Tridha told the news portal. Keeping this in mind, you can expect Aashram 4 somewhere in the last quarter of 2026.

Tridha further opened up about how she bagged the role of Babita in the series that proved to be a game changer in terms of both success and fame. Tridha shared that she was in a supermarket where she bumped into Madhvi Bhatt, the DA, who asked her to do the role. However, filmmaker Prakash Jha was a bit skeptical because Tridha appeared much younger for the show. ‘Nahin, woh thodi si bacchi lagegi. We have to show her as a woman’. Hence, I put on weight as he advised, ‘You can’t look so perfect for the character. You need to be weathered’. We had trainers and we worked a lot on the dialogues as well," Tridha added.

Tridha called Aashram a groundbreaking project for her because she became a household name with the series, and fans now greet her with ‘Japnaam’ rather than ‘Namaste.’
