Prakash Jha's last directorial installment in Aashram aka Aashram season 3 part 2 is announced, and the latest teaser has a lot to reveal. From murder to Bobby Deol's Baba Nirala exposing his fetish, all is here. We take a deep dive into what we will see in the new season...

The mystery behind Aaditi Pohankar's bridal avatar is linked to Bobby Deol's 'fetish'

Aaditi Pohankar has turned up as a bride for Aashram season 3 part 2. Her character Pammi is dressed up as a bride for a reason. This has to do with Baba Nirala (Bobby Deol)'s fetish. He likes his women, but has a particular interest in Pammi, since he was her first (even if it were r*pe). After rebelling, she is now obeying him and to declare so, she has turned up as a bride. Baba Nirala likes seeing his women dressed up as a bride, because it feels almost as if they are surrendering to him and he has all power over them. Thus, the scene of Pammi turning up as the bride.

Pammi's bridal avatar is just a ploy and distraction

Pammi has far from backed down in her rebellion against the Aashram. She is just trying to expose them from the inside this time around. Knowing this, Chandan Roy Sanyal's Bhopa has even warned Nirala of her being a ticking bomb. And rightly so, she lost a lot in her fight against Nirala, so she would not back down so easily. Her scene where she confirms so by stating, "Maut dene se pehle, apraadhi ki har iccha acche se poori kar deni chahiye," is another example of where she has her eyes set.

After drug abuse and r*pe, Aashram becomes home to gun firing

Nirala has done it all with this season. If his Aashram was safe from one thing (drug abuse and r*pe was an everyday thing), it was violence. Bhopa would lure the victims away into a forest to kill them, but now Nirala has picked up the gun and there's firing inside the Aashram itself. This ends up being evidence, the first of many, to expose Baba's real side. He, however, continues being delusional about his 'Godly powers' and claims everyone will find 'moksh ki raah.' It is his devious laugh towards the end of the announcement that ends up being the highlight of the 1.23-minute promo.

Also starring Darshan Kumaar, Rajeev Siddhartha, Tridha Chaudhary and Anurita Jha, the release date for Aashram is not yet announced but it is the last you can watch for free with Amazon MX Player and will be out this year. Prime Video will take over season 4 with a new director.
