Abar Projoy’s Animesh Dutta helps Jagaddhatri to top the TRP list

The Bengali serial’s weekly TRP list was released one day late since there was a holiday due to Independence Day. While the usual top five serials remained the same, however, there has been an interesting position change among them.

People have been used to seeing Surya and Dipa’s story in number one for a while now. However, Anurager Chhowa took a backseat this week as Jagaddhatri emerged as the topper with a score of 8.5. Jagaddhatri is packed with excitement right now. Jagaddhatri and Swayambhu's trip to the sea beach took a new turn, which attracted the audience.

In fact, according to many, it is Abar Proloy’s promotional episode that shows action-packed drama with Animesh Dutta, aka Saswata Chatterjee, and Jagadhatri, aka Ankita Majumder, that made all the difference. 

Anurager Choa and Fulki are jointly second with a score of 8.4. Rohit and Fulki’s story has created many discussions, and the effect was apparent in the TRP list. 

The story of Pakhi and Kush, in the serial Ranga Bou, has progressed considerably from last week. Their being at each other's side in spite of the obstacles has made them popular with the audience. Ranga Bou is third with a score of 8.0. Nim Fuler Modhu is fourth, having 7.5. Sandhya Tara was in the top five for the first time, having 6.4.

Manali Dey’s Kar Kache Koi Moner Kotha was in the 10th position in the previous week. This week, it jumped up to the sixth position. Bangla Medium ranked jointly with this serial. Khelna Bari, Tunte, Panchami and Ichhe Putul are also in the list.
