It seems to reason that Abhishek Bachchan would celebrate his silver jubilee in the industry with a big-screen outing. Rather, the actor will begin the year by streaming Be Happy, a film on happiness, rhythm, and dance, directed by Remo D'Souza, on Prime Video. Nowadays, he gets a thrill out of starring in heartwarming indie flicks.
During an interaction with Mid Day, when asked if he has a firmer grasp on his artistic identity than in the past, Bachchan said that he doesn't think any artist ever knows who they are.

From Manmarziyaan (2018) to I Want to Talk (2024), his recent numerous contributions demonstrate his search for meaningful narratives. As we evolve as human beings, he takes into account the decisions he makes today. The interests from a decade ago might not be the same ones people have now. The fact that one feels drawn to making a film now is all the more motivation to do so. After six months, their interest may wane. As an actor, they need to always be learning something new.
Back home, he has an 83-year-old father, Amitabh Bachchan, who is continuously learning, and he's a fantastic example. It's always been the way Abhishek has done things. The actor had success with it on occasion and failure on other occasions. Whether a film receives acceptance or not, what matters is that he has gained knowledge from each experience.
The actors think it's a bad time for films right now because the business is going through a bad patch. However, Bachchan believes that the din symbolises the voice of the common man and demands attention.
One needs to keep that sound going. Because people pay to see their films in theatres or stream them online, an actor is effectively considered public property. People place a premium on their opinions. Therefore, Bachchan would like not to muffle the sound and it can reach quite a decibel level. However, he added that they should vacate the kitchen immediately if they are unable to tolerate the heat.
It might be mentally taxing to pay attention to everyone's opinions, from supporters to trolls. When asked how he fights against it, Bachchan stated that a netizen acting aggressively is understandable; after all, everyone has an opinion to voice on social media. The decision to listen is entirely in your hands; he would love to have a conversation. On the other hand, one figures out how to turn off their bad behaviour and they must not allow that to impact them.
It was in the year 2000 that Abhishek Bachchan made his acting debut with Refugee. The JP Dutta directorial also marked the acting debut of Kareena Kapoor Khan.
