The team of Achcham Enbathu Illayae recently dropped a series of BTS pictures from the Arun Vijay and Amy Jackson film. In the pictures, Amy Jackson is seen suited up and in a stylish avatar and chatting with Arun Vijay and the rest of the film crew. The pictures were shared on the occasion of Amy Jackson's birthday on January 31. Amy's character is called Sandra James and it looks like she will be teaming up with Arun Vijay's character for an investigation.

Achcham Enbathu Illayae is directed by AL Vijay. Interestingly, it was Vijay, who had introduced Amy Jackson to Kollywood with the 2010 film Madrasapattinam. The historical romantic drama had Arya playing the lead along with Amy. This is her second project with the director and Arun Vijay's maiden collaboration.

After her debut with Madrasapattinam, Amy Jackson went on to work in films like Thaandavam, I, Gethu, Theri and Devi. She was last seen in Superstar Rajinikanth's 2.0 which hit screens in 2018 and fans of the actress are back with a bang after a gap of four long years. The actress played a robot named Nila in the science film helmed by Shankar. The film was the second instalment of the Endhiran franchise.

As for Achcham Enbathu Illayae , the shoot primarily happened in London. Nimisha Sajayan, who shot to fame with The Great Indian Kitchen, is playing another female lead. The film marks her maiden project in Tamil.

GV Prakash, who has earlier scored music in director Vijay's earlier films, will handle the music. While Gavemic U Ary and Sandeep K Vijay are jointly handling the cinematography, action choreography is by Stunt Silva.
In the meantime, Arun Vijay has a slew of films in the pipeline, which includes Borrder, Agni Siragugal and Vanangaan. While Borrder is all set to hit screens on February 24, it is said that he replaced Suriya in director Bala's next after the Soorarai Pottru actor walked away from the film.
