Dhruva is currently shooting for Martin, which is his second film with AP Arjun, who launched him with Addhuri in 2012. The film, produced Uday K Mehta, in which Dhruva is paired with Vaibhavi Shandilya is currently in its final schedule. The team had earlier planned it as a September 30 release in time for Dasara, but had to later reschedule it. A release date has not been announced yet, but given that Dhruva is set to welcome a new addition to the family, the makers will wait long enough before planning the promotions and release plans. Shooting for the final schedule talkie portions of Martin have, as of now, been planned for October 15.

Dhruva, who is only on his fifth release in a decade, has taken up director Prem S’ next, the as-yet-untitled #DS6, which will be produced by KVN Productions. A period film based on true events, the announcement poster for #DS6, has a retro feel, and carries the caption, ‘War Prelude from here’. The poster also features illustrations of a person standing with a gun, a statue of Kempegowda, a glimpse of Vidhana Soudha, and sights of destruction in the background. The film, we hear, will be set in the 1970s. Like Martin, DS6 will also be a multi-lingual release, with Prem looking at bringing in actors from various industries.
