Actor Kinjal Nanda shares a romantic post with wife and netizens can’t keep calm

Doctor and actor Kinjal Nanda became one of the faces of the junior doctors’ movement that has been going on in Kolkata after the heinous murder and rape at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. Kinjal is a known face in theater, cinema, and OTT. He was last seen in the series Kaantaye Kaantaye, released on Zee5. Kinjal changed his Facebook DP on Wednesday. He shared a collage of photos of him and his wife, Namrata Bhattacharya. 

Kinjal wrote in the caption ‘The one who covers me everywhere/the one who stays before everyone at the call of the street/courage, love, movement, passion…truth.’ 

Namrata also shared the photo on her Facebook DP. They have been married for two years. They have a girl child aged four months. 

Netizens showered love in the photo. One person wrote ‘Alas! This photo grieved so many girls. I have been reading your writings on the photos and laughing for the last few days. Anyway, stay well and happy, and go on together with the movement. Many wishes.’ Another one wrote ‘Be victorious. Let your togetherness be long.’ A third one wrote ‘Human society got the courage to dream because of you.’ 

A fourth person wrote ‘Such couples can be seen even today. Your love and revolution will be the inspiration to the present and the future. Stay well.’ Kinjal has been away from his family and newborn kid for a long time. He even did not post anything about his web series Kaantaye Kaantaye, which was released on August 15. He has been fighting through storms and rain to change society. Thousands of junior doctors and common people are his comrades in arms. They want justice for Tilottama and to do away with corruption in healthcare. 

The junior doctors’ protests against the RG Kar incident are going on. They said on Wednesday that they would not lift the casework and demanded more discussion with the government. Common people are also happy with that decision. These youngsters are the heroes, and people dream that they will bring change.
