Actor Krishna Burugula draws praise for his performance in Maa Nanna Naxalite, to be seen next in ZEE5's ATM

Krishna Burugula has been the cynosure of many eyes post his performance in this week's release Maa Nanna Naxalite. The father-son drama, helmed by director P Suneel Kumar Reddy, starred Raghu Kunche in the lead. While Raghu Kunche played the father, Krishna Burugula was seen as his on-screen son. The actor's performance received raving feedback, especially for the climax sequence, from critics, audiences and the fraternity alike.

That's not all, the actor, who earned popularity with Ravi Babu's Crrush, has several interesting projects up his sleeve. He plays the second lead in the Satya Dev Kancharana starrer Krishnamma, directed by VV Gopala Krishna and presented by star filmmaker Koratala Siva. On the digital front, he is cast as one of the leads in ZEE5's web series ATM, that's set to release later this year. The show is written and presented by Gabbar Singh director Harish Shankar and is produced by Dil Raju.

In addition, Krishna Burugula is also the face of a film backed by Vijay Deverakonda-starrer Arjun Reddy's executive producer Krishna Vodapalli under the latter's home banner. He has also signed the dotted line for two other films we hear. Krishna has received formal training as an actor and was part of several short films. He also worked briefly as an assistant director and played a few character roles in the past. Some of his audition clips that he has uploaded on Youtube have been received well.
