Adhyayan Suman turns down Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 for a ‘huge’ OTT show

Adhyayan Suman was supposed to be a part of Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. The actor-singer however turned down the offer. This happened so he could sign a ‘huge’ OTT show.

Adhyayan confirmed the news to ETimes. “It was a humungous offer. I would have been the highest paid actor of all the 13 seasons. I will miss working with Rohit sir. I hope I get to do it, next year,” he revealed.

It is to be noted that Adhyayan has not been a part of Bigg Boss so far. His father Shekhar Suman, though, was associated with Salman Khan’s show for the last season – Bigg Boss 16.

A source confirmed that the actor was in a dilemma after receiving both the projects and not having an option but to choose between the two. He obviously chose the OTT show over KKK 13.

The news of Adhyayan backing out comes days after Priyanka Chahar Choudhary walked out on the project. There’s still no clarity on why the actress did so.

Whether Priyanka has bagged another project like Adhyayan or she backed out because of fear is still unclear. She had almost hinted at her participation on Rohit’s show and then backed out, which even left the makers confused and agitated.

Priyanka gained fame through her show Udaariyaan with Ankit Gupta. It is where #PriyAnkit came into being. The two then participated on Bigg Boss 16 together. While he got evicted a few weeks before the finale, she became the second runner-up of the show.

Interestingly, Priyanka and Adhyayan did meet each other after her Bigg Boss 16 stunt. They were seen celebrating the success of the show with Bigg Bulletin host Shekhar Suman. For the uninitiated, Bigg Bulletin was a segment in Bigg Boss 16 and Shekhar would host it every Sunday.
