Adipurush: The Prabhas-Kriti Sanon mythological drama gets a new release date

Prabhas has lined up some of the biggest films in his kitty and next in line to release is Adipurush, the mythology drama directed by award-winning director Om Raut. The film was initially due for a release as Sankranthi special in January 2023 but was postponed due to the delay in the VFX work.

The makers sprung a surprise on the 17th of January stating that the film will be released on the 16th of June, 2023. Sometime back, the teaser was released to some very negative reviews thanks to the wacky VFX. Due to this, the makers decided to re-work most parts of the graphics. As they were confident about the end product, they announced the release date today.

Prabhas will be seen in the role of Lord Ram in this film and Kriti Sanon plays the role of Sita. Sunny Singh and Sonal Chauhan play crucial roles. T Series and Retrophiles produce this mythological film on a mammoth budget. The film will release in multiple languages in the 3D and Imax formats.

The news is also that the makers have planned to release a new promo soon to announce this news. The film is in news from the day it has gone on floors. Director Om Raut has a big mountain to climb and as a part of it, he has now announced the release date of the film.
