Finally, the filming for Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakur's upcoming crime movie Gumraah is over. T-Series, the production company, published images from the shoot wrap party on Twitter with a description that stated that a fantastic trip has reached its destination. The Gumraah shoot has come to an end.

Aditya and Mrunal, the movie's leads, can be seen posing with the entire crew in the photos. Additionally, they sliced the cake that read "Gumraah Film Wrap."

For the first time in his career, the Malang actor will play two roles, whilst Mrunal will play a police officer in the movie.

Gumraah, directed by newcomer Vardhan Ketkar, is an official Hindi version of the 2019 Tamil hit action-thriller Thadam. The movie, which was directed by Magizh Thirumeni, had Tanya Hope and Arun Vijay in the key roles.

In Thadam, detectives work to solve a murder case involving two suspects who were apprehended on the strength of a photograph.

While in Gumraah, Aditya and Mrunal will share the screen for the very first time.

In the meantime, Sanjana Sanghi and the Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani actor most recently appeared in the action movie Rashtra Kavach Om. The Zee Studios-produced movie did not perform well with viewers or at the box office.

Aditya will also be making his web series debut with the Hindi adaptation of The Night Manager. The Disney+ Hotstar series also features Anil Kapoor and Sobhita Dhulipala in the lead roles.

Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal, on the other hand, were last spotted in Jersey. Her subsequent appearance will be in Sita Ramam, a 2022 movie starring Dulquer Salmaan and Rashmika Mandana that is set for an August 5 release.

She will also be seen in Pippa opposite Ishaan Khatter, and the war-based film is directed by Raja Krishna Menon.
