Adivi Sesh's HIT 2 OTT streaming date is out: here's where you can watch the thriller

Natural star Nani turned producer with the film HIT which ended as a decent fare at the box office. Vishwak Sen played the main lead in the film which had a cop universe. High on the success of this film, Nani on his production house, Wall Poster Cinema announced the second part of the HIT franchise and roped in happening actor Adivi Sesh to play the main lead. Sailesh Kolanu, who directed the first part also helmed the second, HIT2, which has based in Vizag and its surroundings.

HIT 2 was released on December 2nd last year and turned out to become Adivi Sesh's biggest hit of his career. The twists and turns, background score, songs, and chemistry between Sesh and the female lead Meenakshi were the selling point of the crime thriller apart from the grueling investigation scenes. The manner in which Sailesh narrated the film with suspense-filled scenes won a lot of appreciation from the critics.

Amazon Prime Video bagged the OTT rights to the film which is now available for rent on its platform. The film will be available for streaming from the 6th of January onwards. Top cop, KD aka Adivi Sesh gets embroiled in this case and things get worse for him when his girlfriend Arya played by Meenakshi Chaudary also gets kidnapped. All this is showcased in a thrilling manner and makes up for a thrilling watch on OTT.

Box office-wise too, the crime thriller made good revenue in both the Telugu states and in the US as well. The film brought in good money for the makers and its shocking climax twist became a talking point all over. Suhas played the main villain in this film which deals with a serial killer on the loose. MM Sreelekha composed the music whereas Komalee Prasad and Rao Ramesh played key roles.
