After Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan's failure, will Salman Khan not sign any film till Tiger 3's release?

In typical Salman Khan fashion, the superstar informed the press at a conference not so long ago that he had nothing in the works after Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Movie producers are flocking to him. However, those close to the superstar claim that after the lacklustre reception of his pet project, he is introspecting and will not sign any new contracts until Tiger 3 is released in theatres in November. It would appear that Salman is waiting to see how the public responds to his Diwali release before deciding on his next project.

As per reports, six films, including Prem Ki Shaadi by Sooraj Barjatya and an unnamed film by Karan Johar, have reportedly been offered to the actor. Mid Day stated that for Eid 2024, Salman may not have a release if he doesn't sign a movie until November, according to an industry insider. With Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan failing to break the Rs 100 crore barrier after 10 days in theatres, he is considering his options despite the deluge of offers he has received. Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai [2021], his last Eid offering, too had a hybrid release and failed to generate any buzz. Salman reasoned that it would be unethical to push a project to completion to celebrate Eid 2024. It's more important to him to find a good movie at his own pace.

However, in the upcoming months, Salman will continue to be one of the busiest celebrities. He will begin filming his scenes with Shah Rukh Khan for Tiger 3 in the third week of May. SRK appears in a cameo in Maneesh Sharma's spy thriller. He will also put his energy into preparing for the next Da-Bangg Tour and the upcoming season of Bigg Boss.

The source continued and told the tabloid that on the film front, Salman has been offered Atul Agnihotri and Nikhil Namit's next, Arbaaz Khan's Dabangg 4, Sohail Khan's Sher Khan, and Pawan Putra Bhaijaan, in addition to Barjatya's drama and KJo's next to be helmed by Shershaah creator Vishnuvardhan. All of them are on hold at the moment. However, the superstar is a bit erratic, so he might reveal his next project before Diwali if he comes across an interesting story.
