Filmmaker Karan Johar's chat show, Koffee With Karan 8, was better than its previous season. This edition was filled with a few reunions and some debuts of actors on the Koffee couch. The finale episode of KWK 8 streamed last week on Disney+ Hotstar. A week later, Karan penned a note mentioning how Koffee With Karan 8 conquered the streaming charts for 13 weeks in a row. He also assured everyone that he would be back with a new season of KWK.
Karan Johar took to his official Instagram account and shared a video that highlights the most viewed episodes of Koffee With Karan 8. The filmmaker stated that as KWK 8 has come to an end, he is compelled to say, "It was great." KJo added that with people's love and unabashed 'tough love', the show conquered the charts for several weeks in a row.
He later mentioned that all celebrities came, conquered, and brewed interesting conversations on Koffee With Karan 8. And those conversations left an impact on everyone's heart. "Rest assured, we’ll be back…with our koffee stronger than ever (sic)," Karan captioned his IG post.
The opening episode of Koffee With Karan 8 was graced by Bollywood couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. It streamed on October 26, 2023. On the other hand, veteran actresses Neetu Kapoor and Zeenat Aman were the last celebrity guests on Karan's chat show. Other celebrities who made an appearance on KWK 8 were Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Rohit Shetty, Saif Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and others.
As far as the finale episode is concerned, content creators Kusha Kapila, Danish Sait, Tanmay Bhat, and Sumukhi Suresh appeared on the show. Social media sensation Orry also shot for a special interview segment on Koffee With Karan 8. He made surprising revelations on Karan's chat show. And with that, KWK 8 came to an end on Disney+ Hotstar.
