Arbaaz Khan left everyone surprised when he got married to make-up artist Shura Khan on December 24, 2023. People assumed that the couple got married all of a sudden. However, Arbaaz has now revealed that he and Shura secretly dated for two years before tying the knot. In an interview with Indian Express, the actor opened up about his love story with Shura. Arbaaz also reacted to being trolled for an age difference with his wife.

Speaking with the publication, Arbaaz Khan opened up about the flak he and Shura Khan received for their age gap. However, he stated that two people of the same age can be together and probably separate in a year. Khan wondered if age is the only factor that keeps relationships going. While Arbaaz is 56, his wife Shura's age is 41.
He added, "In fact, whenever you see there is a very big age gap between marriages, they have a far higher success rate." The actor further mentioned that he and Shura have 'love, respect and dedication' towards each other. And that is what matters to them. Arbaaz stated that they were willing to give each other the same amount of commitment, love, and respect.
Talking about the first time he met Shura, Arbaaz recalled it was a 'professional meeting'. Later, when Patna Shukla's shoot was over, they met a couple of times. And by the time they got married, the couple had been dating for two years.

Meanwhile, Arbaaz Khan and Shura Khan got married on December 24, 2023. Their intimate wedding ceremony took place at Arbaaz's sister Arpita Khan Sharma's Mumbai residence. Only their family members and close friends from the industry were a part of their big day.
For the uninitiated, Shura is Arbaaz's second wife. The actor was earlier married to actress Malaika Arora, with whom he has a young son Arhaan Khan. Interestingly, Arhaan performed at his father's second wedding festivities.
